1. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays).
  • During peak periods, launches or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

2. UK Shipping

All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail.

3. EU Shipping

We ship to the following EU countries:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

Estimated Delivery Time: 4–6 business days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination.

Customers are responsible for any local import taxes or customs charges that may apply.

4. Rest of World Shipping

We ship to most countries supported by Shopify, including:

Australia, Canada, Hong Kong SAR, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, UAE and USA.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees imposed by their country.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders:

  • Import duties and local taxes may apply depending on your country.
  • These charges are determined by your local customs authority.
  • Drippy Grippy is not responsible for customs delays or additional charges once the parcel has left the UK.

If a parcel is refused due to unpaid customs charges and returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct return shipping costs from your refund.

6. Delays

While we aim to meet estimated delivery windows, delays may occur due to:

  • Postal service disruptions
  • Customs processing
  • Weather conditions
  • Peak seasonal demand

We are not liable for delays outside of our reasonable control once the parcel has been handed to the carrier.

7. Incorrect Address Information

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We are not responsible for failed delivery.
  • If the parcel is returned to us, we may charge a re-shipping fee.
  • We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been dispatched.

8. Lost or Missing Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated timeframe:

  • Please get in touch with us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
  • We may need to open an investigation with Royal Mail before issuing a replacement or refund.
