How do you make sure prizes are random?

All Trick or Treat Bags are prepared in advance. When your order comes in, we grab a random bag from the correct Rarity + Size shelf. No picking, no bias, just pure chance.

When does the drop end?

All Trick or Treat Bags disappear at midnight on Halloween night.

Can I return or exchange my mystery bag?

Because these are mystery products, all sales are final, unless an item arrives damaged.

How do I choose the right size?

We offer 3 sizes to fit a wide range of athletes. Our sizes are as follows:

(UK Shoe Sizes)
Small: Youth 12- 5 Adult
Medium: Adult 5 -9
Large: Adult 9-15

Our socks are stretchy and designed to provide a snug fit for optimal grip so if you are in between sizes we recommend choosing the smaller option.

Can I wash Drippy Grippy socks in a washing machine?

Yes! Our socks are machine washable. However, to ensure they last even longer, we recommend washing them inside out at a low temperature (30°C) and avoiding fabric softeners or tumble drying.
